Exchanges/ Refunds:
We allow customers to exchange/refund the item purchased under the below circumstances:
The item receive is damaged and report within 24 hours acceptable.
The item has the plastic tag of "MONT", once the tag is removed exchange /refund will be not acceptable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it takes 10 to 15 working days to show in your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your returned item is not approved for a return, we will send it back to you.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
